科研工作简介:
1.介孔与介孔复合材料的合成及非均相催化性能:
氧化硅与非氧化硅基介孔材料的合成,包括材料的尺寸、结构与形貌调控,以及异相组分在介孔材料孔道中的担载,其它介孔复合结构等;介孔与介孔复合材料的非均相催化性能,特别是用于污染治理的环境催化(如有害污染环境净化转化)与新能源相关的电极催化。
(1)环境催化/吸附材料:
面向环境催化领域的介孔纳米复合金属氧化物材料和沸石基材料的设计制备、修饰改性以及其在环境催化领域中的应用,如污水/空气中有机物的降解、NO室温催化氧化去除、NO的选择性催化还原以及柴油车尾气中碳黑颗粒的催化氧化等。
(2) 能源催化:
面向清洁能源领域的介孔复合纳米结构、新型纳米催化剂的设计、合成与电池电极催化、光解水产氢等性能。
(3) 晶化骨架介孔和多级孔材料:
集成微孔、介孔与大孔结构特征与性能优势的多级结构孔材料突破了单一孔材料在某些过程中的使用限制,在吸附、石油/精细化工催化等方面具有重要的应用前景。通过合成新方法的设计,制备多种骨架组成、材料孔结构与表面性质可控的新型多级结构孔材料,开展合成多级孔材料的结构表征、新性能与应用基础研究。
2.基于介孔氧化硅纳米颗粒的药物输运、疾病诊疗:
介孔氧化硅纳米颗粒的合成与尺寸、结构调控,药物担载与可控释放,药物输运系统的靶向给药,多功能化的介孔氧化硅纳米颗粒用于病灶的早期光学、超声、磁共振与CT等的成像诊断,以及化疗药物输运、放射治疗,高强度聚焦超声等的疾病协同治疗。
(1)基于介孔氧化硅纳米生物材料,探索其在药物输运和疾病治疗中的应用研究
研究内容包括:介孔氧化硅纳米颗粒的合成与尺寸、结构调控;药物担载与可控释放;药物输运系统的靶向给药;多功能化的介孔氧化硅纳米颗粒用于病灶的早期光学、超声、磁共振与CT等的成像诊断,以及化疗药物输运、放射治疗,高强度聚焦超声等的疾病协同治疗。
(2)纳米生物技术在超声诊疗中的应用研究
通过对有机、无机以及有机/无机杂化纳米生物材料的设计、合成及结构/组成/功能的优化,探索其在超声成像、超声增效治疗、超声药物控释和超声诊疗中的应用研究。
(3)生物医用稀土功能材料的应用基础研究
聚焦于稀土功能材料体系,以肿瘤多模式影像诊断与协同治疗技术的高效融合为目标,围绕稀土材料物理化学和微结构功能化的关键基础科学问题,揭示稀土上转换发光材料(UCNP)的磁共振影像增强机理及放疗增敏机理,指导集多模式成像和协同治疗于一体的新型多功能稀土诊疗体系的研制,实现肿瘤的高效多模式影像诊断与治疗。
