科研工作简介:

1)开展新型镁合金调光镜薄膜材料的基础与理论研究,根据调光原理及劣化机制研究的基础上提出缓冲膜和保护膜的技术,使得调光镜的开关寿命有了很大的提高。如下图所示,镁合金调光镜是在氢气气氛中变成透明薄膜,空气或氧气中又回到金属态的可逆循环的,全发射性的新型节能薄膜材料。高分子或者无机氧化物保护层可以起到延长薄膜可逆循环的寿命,又有增透作用。

Mg合金薄膜气致变色原理

氢化过程: Mg2Ni + 2H2 <=> Mg2NiH4(茶色)

Mg + H2 <=> MgH2(无色)

脱氢过程: Mg2NiH4 + O2 <=>  Mg2Ni + 2H2O

2MgH2 + O2 <=>  2Mg + 2H2 

2) 电致变色器件是在电场的作用下,通过导入电荷(离子或电子)从低透过率的着色状态到高透过率的消色状态之间产生的可逆变化的现象,在外观上表现为颜色态及透明态之间的可逆变化。主要有电致变色智能窗,储存器,显示器,汽车防眩后视镜,电子束印刷及传感器,及隐身伪装技术等领域的应用研究。WO3基全固体电致变色智能窗及汽车防眩镜性能,下图为ITO/WO3/Ta2O5/NiOx/ITO全固体电致变色智能透明态与着色态的照片。研究解决反射型及透过型全固体电致变色器件的产业化关键技术。

 

3)氧化钒材料在68°C相变附近发生可逆的半导体-金属相变特性,伴随相变发生其光,电,磁等性能也巨大的可逆性变化,而被广泛关注。VO2基温控智能窗的服役性能研究方面,通过多层膜的光学设计,温控智能氧化钒薄膜的可见光透过率提高至60%,循环寿命达到3.5万次以上。

4)红外阻隔功能氧化物薄膜的制备与性能研究。如下图提示。掺杂或无掺杂的氧化钨薄膜具有很好的紫外及红外阻隔功能,且可见光区透过率高,达到70%,在节能玻璃及红外隐身材料方面具有潜在的应用潜力。
