  科研工作简介:  

  主要从事环境友好型高性能热电材料和器件的研究,代表性成果如下:  

  1.新型热电材料探索和性能优化  

  基于电热输运关键因素和基元,通过高通量计算等材料基因组方法发现Cu3ErTe3Cu5FeS4Ag9GaSe6AgInSe2等新型高性能热电材料,提出缺陷形成能调控、有机-无机杂化、维度匹配等电热输运调控新手段,实现系列化合物热电性能显著提升,最高热电优值达2.4  

  2.新型热电材料热力学稳定性机理研究和提升  

  针对诸多新型热电材料在外场下热力学稳定性较差的问题,发现材料两端承载的临界电压可作为衡量其稳定与否的热力学判据,并提出引入“离子阻挡-电子导通”界面或“空位+钉扎离子”可显著提高稳定性,在系列新型热电材料中实现了稳定性和热电性能的协同调控。  

  3. 新型热电材料器件研究  

  提出稳定性较差的新型热电材料器件设计新原理新方法,通过结构尺寸和界面的优化同时实现高能量转换效率和服役稳定性,并成功应用于Cu2Se等新型热电材料的器件设计和研制,获得了兼具高能量转换效率(9.1%)和高服役稳定性的热电器件。
